NEW SPAM FILTER ADDED TO ALL EMAIL ACCOUNTS...

GulfInternet has installed a new email filter to help reduce the
high amounts of SPAM received by our customers. The filter uses a
system of tests to qualify email as SPAM. Messages with higher 
SPAM scores will be automatically blocked (or captured) and not 
delivered into your inbox when you check email -- greatly 
reducing the amount of SPAM you receive.

We have tested this system and found it to be extremely accurate, 
greatly decreasing the amount of junk mail we receive. However, in 
the beginning you may find some good email (usually newsletters, 
retail mailings, etc) are being caught by the filter. 

Please note the following...

1. You will receive a daily report via email containing a list of 
SPAM that has been captured by the SPAM filter. The email will be
"FROM: QUARANTINE ENGINE [ADMIN@ASKSAM.COM]" and will contain the 
"SUBJECT: QUARANTINE REPORT".

2. If the system has blocked a real or valid email you can simply 
click "WHITELIST" from within the Quarantine Report email to 
restore that email. The next time you check your email that 
message, along with any others you have chosen to "WHITELIST", 
will be downloaded to your inbox.

3. Messages caught by the SPAM filter will be automatically 
deleted from the server after 7 days. There is no need for you to 
manually delete or block each individual SPAM message in the 
Quarantine Report. However, to make sure a message from a 
particular sender is always blocked by the system you can select
"BLACKLIST"
